Who knew making a vada could be rocket science? iD Fresh Food founder PC Musthafa spent three years perfecting the vada hole and along the way, reinvented batter packaging. @Musthafa_PC I love iD's idli batter & a few other products for occasional use. Recently tried their Puran Poli, but taste didn’t match what we’re used to in Maharashtra. Checked the ingredients & saw Toor dal in the sweet filling. That’s surprising - it’s always a Chana dal!
