@DHLParcelUK Why is your service so poor? Notified delivery will be delayed, but can’t find any details. Called your 02476 937 770 to inquire further and after ten minutes on hold nobody picked up. Does @NHS know you are so bad at delivery of urgently needed medical supplies?

said there was no equipment to return (which makes sense as the router is over 10Y). Now I get an email advising me to return equipment at a local collect + store. Which is it? An absurd and unnecessary situation. Should not be this difficult to cancel your services.

I called back to find out he'd cancelled the service but simply hung up. No details on termination date, return of equipment, last payment, etc. Second rep was great, but this took far too long to action

@coinpass About one hour of my time and your support rep's time to resolve. You are clearly NOT testing code before deploying. Imagine if an on-line banking app performed as poorly as Coinpass' code. Amazingly poor programming and deployment skills evidenced.

@coinpass and lots of time -- about thirty minutes! -- with your very nice support people doesn't cut it. Client facing software has to be tested before being deployed. This "upgrade" clearly hasn't been tested

@coinpassglobal Sigh. Coinpass’ email address has been whitelisted at my end for as long as I’ve been a customer. Nothing was received until I tweeted. Support agent said there was a very large backlog of tickets. No ETA to resolve my query. Ticket still open.
