•n=1335 scans from 1220 men
•1°: PSMA 96% vs MRI 89% sens. for pros lesions at RP
•2°: PSA 0.2-0.49 post RP/RT ➡️ avidity in 57.8%
BUT high false +ves (esp ribs)

Really like this little paper we've published in the brilliant new @BJUICompass on 10 yrs of #ASAP at #Oxford_Urology.
THM - not all subsequent biopsies after ASAP are #LowGrade. In fact 24.1% had GG≥2 within 2yrs of diagnosis of ASAP.
