I’m talking about the previous verse connected to the verse you gave me. Let me get it for you
Genesis 22:17
New International Version
17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the skyand as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of 👉their👈 enemies,
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr The word is not "their", but "thee", "thy", and "his" -- singular.
English

@Mxrquezus @arny_trezzi Short term, noone knows, but long term, Palantir is a trillion dollar business. An easy multibagger for the patient.
English

@Kongyiji89 @arny_trezzi Ayeeee what do you expect it to go up to my friend!? Palantir shares
English

@arny_trezzi Arny, you should do some wine tasting videos after Palantir has crushed the earnings again.
English

@StrictConst @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr I am more so talking about the pronoun that is associated with the word seed. “Their.”
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr The word "seed" in Gen 22:17 is singular in the Greek LXX in both instances.

@hzard0us1 @bruca Long term with crypto? Which cryptos if you don’t mind me asking?
English

@bruca I started doing crypto last year but I’m doing long term investing.
English

Seed was actually plural and we can see it by the previous word which uses the same Hebrew word and connects it to the pronoun “their” which confirms that it’s talking about more then one individual. “Genesis 22:17
New International Version
17 I will surely bless you and make your descendants as numerous as the stars in the skyand as the sand on the seashore. Your descendants will take possession of the cities of their enemies,
“
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr LOL! I am happy you read my post. The verse in question is Genesis 22:18. The Hebrew word זַרְעֲ, from "in thy seed", is singular.
English

@StrictConst @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr Genesis 9:9 was about the rainbow, no more flooding. I would look study a little more on that
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr Yes, and it was reinforced, or revisited, throughout the OT. Paul emphasized that the promise came before the law of Moses. I associate the promise with the new covenant, foretold in Jeremiah 31:31-34, as well as the promise of restoration of the two houses in Hosea 1:10-11.
English

@StrictConst @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr So the Galatians verse is about Genesis 9:9? Just trying to see that for now my friend
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr Genesis 9:9; Psalm 22:30; and Isaiah 65:9, among others. Seed is singular.
English

@Mxrquezus @IknowtruthQ @RealMrJohnJr "Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ." -- Gal 3:16
