@FidiumFiber @FidiumFiber Day 6 fiber cable is still cut even though the tech was supposed to fix Friday 7/18. Tech came and confirmed line was cut, which I had already told customer service on 3 different calls. Someone was supposed to fix it today 8am-5pm…no one showed up no one called us

And yet, the website (get this!) has a hard-to-find option to "delete your account," but if you click on it, it doesn't stop your service or your billing.
