@MediacomSupport so now the estimate for restoration of Internet in Valdosta is 9/12. My Internet went out at 9:05 am on 8/30. In this day and age, internet being out for 13 days, nearly 4 full weeks is unconscionable

@MediacomSupport no internet for 7 days so far. I live in Valdosta ga. I text Mediacom and it said today by 6pm and text again just now and it said 9-8 by 11:17 pm. What’s going on? My other service like Netflix I won’t able to watch or Disney or HBO.

@RobertHubbard6 @yodaxl7 @MediacomSupport A support person told me "I assure you technicians are working around the clock to restore your service to your area even if you are not seeing them in your area" when I said I had not seen anyone working on things. I guess they're invisible then

@MediacomSupport We desperately need an actual realistic estimated time for service restoration instead of simply moving the date ahead two days at a time over and over.
