@HoopsTalk13 Great off the court culture sure. But I hate watching games and seeing him try to take on 3 people at the rim while he’s the smallest on the court and people are open. That happens way too often.

@ssrbolt @BrandonKravitz It’s like 3M in different bonuses. Different guaranteed. I’m just saying that the “just above minimum salary” amount is not going to affect LA that much. Cap hold implications aren’t high and P/L on salary vs Jersey sales justifies it form a business standpoint.

2 conflicting parts of my brain. As a dad, this is awesome. As a sports analyst, this is a complete sideshow and disrespectful to game I admire. Bronny played 3 minutes, this was a photo op and the Lakers are clearly not a serious operation.

@BrandonKravitz Surprised more Lakers fans aren’t mad that they had to give Bronny an NBA contract, and not just a g-league contract… just to play those 3 minutes. I’d assume that $$$ could have been better spent elsewhere.

@TheGhostOfGeert He’s not quick enough to get to the rim at will, nor athletic/tall enough to finish over length when he get there. Also somewhat shot happy. Plays hard though, good rebounder and the team loves him. Worth keeping around as the second guard off the bench

I love Cole… but I think I go with AB over him these last 2 games. He’s not providing much offense anyway & he’s getting destroyed on defense. An extra couple possessions of better D by AB could be a difference maker.
