@joscullionhotm1 Hello Jody, We do not keep your card details from your purchase as the offer was happen AFTER the transaction with the merchant. As we mentioned, you can only become a member when you manually entered your details to our sign-up form. Thank you.

@MyFunkyRewards Thank you, I have already spoken to your customer service. They said they would refund 3 payments today but it never happened. I just feel like I have been completely scammed! You can’t just take peoples money without permission!

@Thefunkypigeon Be careful when purchasing a card from Funky Pigeon. You can be signed up to an agreement without even knowing it. They have been taking £15 a month out of my bank account without my consent.

@Thefunkypigeon I have found out that I have been paying £15.00 a month for a membership I had no idea I had joined. Your funky pigeon rewards.. I haven't even used it and so far as cost me £45.00 if not more its easily misguided when you come to pay for a card online.

@Thefunkypigeon will never ever use you again. Like all reviews on Trust Pilot (which I’ve added to) you mislead me into signing up for a paid service. It’s not the £15 it’s the feeling I’ve fallen for a scam. Look at the reviews everyone feels the same. #badcustomerservice

Terrible service from Funky Pigeon rewards. Emailed them 3 times in the last week for taking £15 out of my bank account for something I know nothing about. Had no response. It's put me off using @Thefunkypigeon again, even if it is a separate company
