Would’ve been incredibly harsh to award a penalty imo…

@StephenMussy @MyNameIsWotto @SamJDean It’s not really a rule is it? Raya clearly kicks the ball to Gabriel after the ref whistled, ball is in play therefore a penalty.

Trying to imagine what the reaction would have been (from Arsenal players and fans, Arteta, wider world etc) if Bayern HAD been given a penalty for Gabriel picking up the ball.
Can’t think of a situation that is even remotely similar in a huge CL game.
