@CharlieFrago @TB_Times Medical grade masks do in fact protect the wearer (to a degree) when in close contact with a positive COVID-19 person like a medical professional or caregiver. Wearing a face covering shows you care about the people you interact with. IT's that simple.

Castor proposed a face covering requirement NOT a mask requirement. Face coverings can be made and don't protect the wearer at all but do protect those around the wearer.

She couldn't even get a vote for her mandatory mask plan last week in Hillsborough Emergency Policy Group.
This week, she's looking to retail heavyweights to spread her message for county residents to wear masks in public.
