While we're not heading to 'Day Zero,' we are in the early warning phase, the window to avoid water restrictions before November is narrowing. Our dam levels are at 49.2% and usage is above target. Let's reduce our water use now to avoid potential restrictions later this year.

With My Smart City, citizens don’t just log issues, they activate a fully integrated service delivery ecosystem. Real-time, AIoT-verified data feeds directly into structured municipal workflows, backed by Forcelink, with over 20 years of experience supporting South African utilities and municipalities. AI doesn’t operate in isolation. It connects citizens to operational systems that can assign, track and resolve issues through accountable processes turning data into action, and insight into impact. Because real service delivery isn’t just about tracking problems. It’s about having the infrastructure, experience, and systems in place to resolve them. Let’s put AI to work where it matters most - on the roads, in our cities, and in the hands of the teams who keep them moving. #MySmartCity #SmartCities #DigitalInnovation #SmartTech #SouthAfrica #Forcelink

Smart Cities are the Future of Urban Living "It is not about ambitious, unfulfilled promises of futuristic metropolises but about the practical application of technology to make daily life more bearable. Instead of flying cars and AI-driven urban planning, the first tangible smart city experiences for South Africans are more mundane – but perhaps more meaningful: a logged pothole that gets fixed, a power outage resolved efficiently, or a water leak addressed before it drains municipal resources." — Arthur Goldstuck, 2025 Smart cities are not science fiction. They are about solving real, everyday problems. By leveraging data analytics and IoT integration, My Smart City supports smarter resource allocation, improved service delivery, and enhanced public safety, enabling cities to operate more efficiently while promoting transparency and accountability. #SmartCities #SouthAfrica #IoT #UrbanLiving #MySmartCity #ServiceDelivery #SmartCityTech
