My firm rewards people for becoming a CPA... We pay for any review course they want. We give them the day off, with pay, without using PTO to take each section of the exam as many times as needed. We pay fees to sit for the exam. We give a $4 an hour raise on top of other raises. We pay a $4,000 bonus. They can have lunch catered in of their choice OR everyone and a plus one goes to restaurant of their choice to celebrate.
