Just sat down listening to this guy rant away. He's getting married in a few months but his babe just texted him she's asking if he didn't mind her going on a date with a man asking her out. Saying it's just a casual outing.
I told him to accept his L and move on immediately because she should normally reject the guy's date proposal immediately without even needing to ask him what he felt.

Firstly, I don't so ragebaits, I'm just widely misunderstood sometimes😂 Secondly, this is not the 19th century where Medicine was largely observational. Patient care is now evidence-based, and for good reason. You can't talk about evidence and rule out the Lab, hence your last statement agrees with me. Y'all should stop downplaying the importance of lab investigations in Diagnosis. Thank you.
