All the Friday feels🙌🙌🙌Tuck meets Bandit at our friend’s floral shop. Oh what a world if all humans could be this full of joy and intrigue when they make a new friend❤️This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship. #FridayFun #pomlove #puppylove

@JTPhilly125 @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman From a family of 8 lifelong Democrats by the way, and it’s relentless criticism from the media just for the sake of criticism and the constant negativity that is making us all ponder our vote. Tired of the media bias, tired of the meanness.
English

@JTPhilly125 @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman Again- what is your garden club or do you have photos of your garden to share? I know 3 owners of nurseries, can put you in touch, but you would have to be open to learning and not just criticizing. Much more fun to pretend like you know something&be negative on Twitter, right😉

My take on the Rose Garden as Melania Trump speaks usatoday.com/story/opinion/…
English

@JTPhilly125 @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman Show me where they are empty. Not the ones I know. Most garden centers get the most plants in during spring because it is the optimal time for many plants, a retail cycle that has been established over decades. But untrue they are empty, fall planting is a tradition as well.
English

@Myscoopus @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman The garden centers are empty in August for a reason, terrible stressful time to plant.
English

@JTPhilly125 @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman Try again, DC is zone 7 which means the first frost typically happens in Oct. Most roses are quite hardy and can be planted anytime of year, although spring is best. What garden club are involved with or how long have you grown roses? I’ve had a rose garden for almost 2 decades.
English

@Myscoopus @TallyAnnaE @wendyrsherman Nope you don't plant in August in the Mid-Atlantic late September through early October is fall planting time - August is indeed hot and humid and terribly stressful on transplants, especially mature ones. There is a reason we plant trees in fall/spring not mid-summer.
English

@Zav_s2001 @wendyrsherman Positive? Nothing positive about this article - it’s written by someone who knows nothing about gardening and is mean, makes me sad for America when an op-Ed writer like this gets published for negative comments like this over a garden.
English

@BigHairedBarbie @wendyrsherman @USATODAY there were very few roses even left, her team actually planted more roses than have been in the garden for decades. I can’t believe people know so little and do so little research. Read a bogus op-Ed, make dumb snarky comments - I guess it makes for good tweets. @USATODAY
English

@wendyrsherman @USATODAY I want to know what she did with all the rose bushes she threw out? I hope she didn’t trash them like the rest of the history here b
English

@JudyARussell1 @wendyrsherman @USATODAY Completely agree, I’m a life long Dem and a gardener and I think this article is terrible and written by someone who knows nothing about gardening. Wake up @USATODAY stop publishing things just to be mean.
English

@wendyrsherman @USATODAY I’m one of those libs from CA, but I don’t mind it. The tree stands out more now. It feels calm which isn’t a bad thing. And with the walkway is more accessible to people with mobility issues.
