I'm never, ever doing business with @virginmedia again. The past 2 hours trying to cancel our Broadband account have been awful. Online chat refused to help me. Telephone team cut me off 4 times & showed no empathy. The cancellation team was aggressive and obtrusive. Awful. 😢
