@zeninternet refuse to offer technical support for LitFibre hardware after I was transferred (not my choice) from LitFibre to Zen. As a result I don't have working internet in my house, despite me still paying Zen every month for that LitFibre hardware.

@zeninternet I ordered two Fritzfon C6 phones on Friday afternoon, was told they probably would not arrive till Tuesday as it was a bit late. But, they arrived today, Sunday, first thing and now all in and working and switched over to my 7530 as my phone base. Brilliant 👍 🍾

@ian_rutson Hello Ian, the speeds available would depend on the infrastructure in the area, we are partnered with Fibre providers who offer symmetrical speeds, however if they aren't in your area, we would only offer asymmetrical speeds.
