Narratives like these are pointless. We were lead to believe Ange was a slow starter, he won 8 of his first 10. Thomas Frank was winless in his first 8 at Brentford, he actually started ok at Spurs point wise. On the other hand, Igor Tudor was brought in because of his incredible short term performance yet he never won a league game in charge of Tottenham.
