Ah, forgot mentioning. I only drink coffee & water from morning til evening. I intentionally avoid any kinds of appetites during focused time. This strengthens the separation, which helps increase focus & make the meals later more satisfying.

It’s almost a year since I started eating only one meal a day. I now feel like superhuman waking up, having no need to eat, & can function just like everyone until 8pm. I did 2 medial checkups & my body is completely normal. Can rec to try at least & see if it is for you! 😄

Interesting Google SEO development I've noticed starting early January - some sites with videos on pages get significant boost in impressions (and positions). My theory is that it's related to "Good page experience" so your site needs to have good performance and SEO to benefit.
