I should also note that Tsumugi stole every other aspect of plot that Mitsuki could've had. Pretty much like Chii stole Himari's highlight at S1 but Mitsuki will never get the opportunity to be written properly because S3 is just a state of mind apparently.

That being said, even though this was supposed to be Mitsuki's season, I have to highlight how good Himari's episodes were. She having to deal with the eventual departure of her best friend and emotional support was very endearing and a good way to end her character journey

自分からその問題に介入しておいて、収集がつかなくなったら謝って逃げ腰になるのも分からん。
物事に介入するのなら、相手に対して「それは違う」とかのレスポンスが必要だと思ってるから、そこ無責任なのは意味わからない
