I think having the NBA on Prime/Peacock is more damaging to the league than 8 teams tanking to improve their team through the draft. Ensuring fewer people see the most pivotal games especially in social settings is just terrible

180 million+ Prime subscriptions in the U.S. with heavy penetration with the millennial and younger demo the NBA cares about. For comparison, ESPN has 61 million through cable (with most subscribers skewing older). Their new DTC app is nominal at this stage.

Memphis has a heavy National Guard presence and these troops along side Memphis PD were responding to fights and disturbances on the street late Friday night.
