Ministry of Education has authorized UGC to implement NAD as a permanent scheme by the single entity DigiLocker. Students, Academic Institutions, Boards & verifying entities can register themselves through this nad.gov.in. @EduMinOfIndia @ugc_india @digilocker_ind
