KEY POINTS ✅A single procedural antimicrobial dose is sufficient for most procedures ✅Post-procedural prophylaxis may be considered for some procedures but shouldn’t be for > 24 hrs ❌Do not extend duration of SAP until surgical drains, IV or urinary catheters are removed
