Let’s be brutally honest. Rahul Gandhi’s biggest failure was never his electoral losses or his alliances. It is simpler & far more damning. After 20+ years in politics, crores of Indians still can’t close their eyes & say: ‘If a crisis hits tonight, he will handle it.’ Elections can be lost & won. But if a nation doesn't trust you with its borders, its soldiers, and its safety, you were never really in the game. That’s not bad politics. That is a fatal inefficiency.

Accountability in politics is tested in moments like these. At a time when leaders of parties whose own sitting MP was involved chose to stay quiet, @KTRBRS garu didn’t wait. He openly condemned the incident & demanded strict action. Leadership is ultimately defined by what you are willing to call out, even when it is inconvenient.

These aren’t just recommendations. These are the right questions, asked at the right time. A formal letter has already been sent to the Union Minister. But it raises a bigger question, In a crisis that is sitting in every home, every hostel, every restaurant in this country, where are the rest of our political leaders? This one is forward looking. 80 lakh people work in India’s restaurant & hospitality sector. Most of them are daily wage workers, cooks, helpers, kitchen staff. When a kitchen shuts, they are the first to be sent home. This hasn’t fully hit yet. But if this crisis deepens, it will. Recommendation: Don’t wait for it to happen. Begin preparing a temporary relief framework for daily wage workers today. So that if the crisis prolongs, the mechanism is already ready to activate. The groundwork must begin now.
