Thanks for sharing this video. Yeah this is wrong and I have a feeling it wouldn’t fly in Texas like it does in Toronto. Abuse of women is unacceptable. So is persecution of gays. As a survivor of domestic violence who works with women in Afghanistan, I wouldn’t support Talarico unless I was 100% sure he felt the same way. I really appreciate you sharing your point of view and the respectful dialogue. Food for thought!

Where are they blocking the streets? You’re saying cars are trying to drive on the road and they can’t because Muslims are blocking the road during their prayer time? You might think certain things are incompatible with Western Civilization and I agree. For example, @POTUS is a rapist and is somehow still our president. But when it comes to religion, expression, and assembly- those rights are enshrined in our Constitution. Of course they can’t break the law or infringe upon the rights of others, so if they’re literally blocking a roadway to pray- of course, I’d be the first to say arrest them. Not sure I’d take that at face value without additional context though.

What Nazi are you talking about? It’s too bad when the political parties (and I mean all of them) take a “top down” approach where they say “ok if you wanna be in this party, on this ticket- then you have to follow our platform and here’s what you have to agree and disagree with”…and the ones coming up with all those agenda items somehow get paid a LOT of money. It is really unfortunate that in order to get elected in a major race like Senate, etc., a candidate has to choose one or the other party. Why can’t it start from the bottom-from the mass base of American citizens and what THEY want- and then work its way up to the higher levels of power to implement what the people want? Right now Talarico has to work within certain confines of the system we’re in. But I really do believe he wants to shake up that whole entire system as much as possible, to make it more representative of the people. He absolutely does NOT want no police, or these other extreme “progressive” polices that you allude to. Is he perfect? Absolutely not. Does he slip up and say something the wrong way from time to time? Sure. But I ask you to look at the man’s character and heart and motivations, and compare that to Ken Paxton- who is running scared, with his serious rap sheet. Why is Kenny so scared? Because Talarico really does want to confront not only Ken’s corruption, but this whole corrupt system that is not doing right by us.
