Celebrating the wonderful women of Wells! Following International Women’s Day, we recognise the incredible women who inspire, lead and shape our academy! Thank you for empowering our students through your integrity, resilience and ambition!
Today we welcomed some VIPs (Very Important Penguins) to the academy! This was part of our celebrations for @WorldBookDayUK, @CareersWeek, @ScienceWeekUK and our very own Fundamental Ideas curriculum! Year 9 students have spent the day learning about these amazing creatures!

We’re so proud of our new Student Standards Ambassadors! They have been fantastic role models to students lower down the academy, demonstrating our sky high standards while helping to run the dining hall at lunchtime. Their trial is going brilliantly!
