@SecretaryPete @PeteButtigieg @USDOT As a Delta airlines customer who was affected by this disruption I can tell you that every @Delta airlines staff member we talked to in Orlando & Atlanta in the past 24 hours has been nothing but kind & patient in trying to work through very challenging circumstances!

We have received reports of continued disruptions and unacceptable customer service conditions at Delta Air Lines, including hundreds of complaints filed with @USDOT. I have made clear to Delta that we will hold them to all applicable passenger protections.

These @ARISE2Read volunteers assembled 2,500 backpacks for children in Memphis City Schools. Each backpack contained 6 books, coloring books & crayons, pencils, a folder with a parent guide, worksheets & sun glasses. Save a child, save a family, save a city, in Memphis & beyond!
