Companies should pay much more attention to upskilling all employees no matter whether they are white, brown, black, Asian, female or male. It is so hard when we have a President who has certainly allowed people with racist and sexist attitudes come out from under the rocks they hid under. We need to stop pandering to white nationalists and abide by Jefferson words - All (men) are created equal.

Good grief! First, we do not need to be against anyone. The best way to end racial prejudice is to end racial prejudice - against anyone. Second, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone. Anyone can and does do well with hard work and a bit of luck. And hard work improves your luck.

The claim is often framed as: “A company is successful because it is diverse.” Yet the causal relationship is often the opposite: “A company becomes more diverse after it has become successful and feels it needs to align with politically correct idiocies” Meta, Google, and Microsoft, for instance, were not built on diversity policies. Diversity initiatives became a thing only after these companies were already successful.

Sure, there are some who start with some advantages, but the opportunity exists for everyone. For example, here in Oklahoma, a high school grad can make 6-7 figures in the oil business with no experience to begin with. Educational oppo exists for those who can’t afford it here & everywhere.
