I use Locomotor as a lead-up to soccer to foster purposeful LE movement. One great method is to place a beanbag on a student’s foot and say “kick it OFF!” to create a fun challenge. PT Sara here is using a mirror for more body awareness! 👣 #fcpsPE #adaptedPE #teachersoftwitter
