If the United States Supreme Court rules in the manner that it sounds like it is arguing for, there are a few key actions President Biden should consider taking to make sure the world doesn’t face another brutal dictator. If you jump to the conclusion that if Biden were to act in this manner, he, himself could be deemed as acting as a dictator, I would say this: Then choose your dictator very carefully.
