Thank you UMHB for the past year. But I have decided to enter the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility left. Video from my most recent bullpen SNK- 86-89 CH-80-81 SL-74-75 Pulldown at 101

@JeffStanek1 I truly believe in your principle, but when colleges raise the price of tuition, the apartment complexes raise the rent because they simply can, and the economy forces most students to get a professional degree to stay competitive, it’s not such a black and white scenario

Kids about to go to college, here's a message I hope you all hear from someone you trust. If you take a student loan, take it with the intention of paying it back yourself. Not hoping for / relying on the gov't to bail you out and cancel that loan. Be better than that. It's a principle of life. Only buy things you can pay for. Some things, like a car, a house, your diploma, might be too expensive for you to pay for up front. So you may have to borrow the money. When borrowing, you borrow with the promise to pay back. Buy a car? Gotta pay on it until you pay the bank the amount that you agreed to pay them when they loaned you $20-$30k. Buy a house? Gotta pay until you've paid the bank the amount that you agreed to when they first lent you $200k-$300k. Buy an education? You -- take that damn loan like an adult, like a fully functional, responsible adult with enough personal pride and respect for yourself that you WILL pay that loan back in the amount that you AGREED to when the bank loaned you the money. That's part of being an adult. You grow up, and you pay back the money that you borrow. You don't cry to the gov't to save you from your decisions. Don't want to owe $200k after college?? 1) Have the sense to go to a JUCO for 2 years, then to a local state school to which you can commute. You'll save tens-of-thousands 2) Go to a JUCO and get a 2-year degree that will allow you to get a job with only your Associates Degree 3) Go to a trade school that lasts 1 year or less and become proficient in a skill or trade where you will be in demand and can get paid well for your experience as you gain some 4) Get a job out of HS - don't go to college until you REALLY know what you want to do with your life, instead of blindly following the crowd to college because, ya know, college 🍻🍷👙 5) Become a service worker with on-the-job training. As a financial planner, I have many clients who started working right out of HS for good companies who pay well with a good retirement plan. When you're earning from 18-22 instead of accumulating piles of debt, you'll be in pretty damn good financial shape at 65. Better than you think. Rant over. #ThursdayWisdom

Unfortunate but true. It’s even sadder that Americans do not want to have children or have big families due to economic reasons. Hoping for better days and a better situation for my own kids when they grow up to be adults

If the Mavs would just move on offense, that’s literally the reason Boston gets such easy shots.
