Our manager sacked someone for no reason.. He kept telling him he will sack him one day if he's not careful enough. The man started working here before the manager. Yesterday, the man couldn't cover up his task before the given time. The manger came and and got angry. He said lazy people are not supposed to work in an office, Within few hours, he sacked him. Now the man is threatening to sue the company for sacking him without warning. The worst part is that our bosses were not even aware This morning, manager called all of us to join hands to together and beg the man to come back to the company.. But guess what replied with? "Salary increase or Meet me in court manager"
