I support the convo.. I just agree with the people raising issues that are higher on the list of priorities

@PaganTrelawney @matthaig1 You're hilarious! I know that obviously!! But.. As a Continent, it's nowhere near the top of the priorities list unfortunately, so I feel people are entitled to raise that. Like if you go to A&E/ER.. the Doctor prioritises breathing and heart rate over mental health don't they?

I explained my experience in Africa.. as per the convo, after 23 years responding to disasters there, as a Pro in the field dedicated to Africa.. not just an outsider view I love Africa, lived in the slums 9 year saving lives

After that, it's quality of life issues. I'm all for MH, but it's #1 Keep them alive, #2 everything else in Africa
