Hello NESN, your app for Roku has gotten better since the big update, but there is still 1 huge issue. The commercials are ridiculously loud, much louder than the Bruins game and it jolts everyone in my house when they fire. Please fix 🙏 @NESN @NESNSupport #NHLBruins

Hey @NESNSupport I have been trying to get someone to help with a billing issue all week. Left messages for a call back, opened a support ticket and tried calling the support line at least 25 times this week, only to get the message there are no support people available.

@NESN @NESN @NESNSupport You need to fix the login issue so many people are having after the “upgrade”. It’s crazy you would roll this out and not have support people available. Just look at Sonos for an example of what happens in an app upgrade gone bad. People get fired!

@NESNSupport ur NESN 360 is beyond broken. I can’t login, everytime I get a sent a code it takes over 20-30min to receive it. Can’t even watch the game. Why can’t I just login with my username and password and be done, why do I need a code. Fix this.
