Hey @NESNSupport I have been trying to get someone to help with a billing issue all week. Left messages for a call back, opened a support ticket and tried calling the support line at least 25 times this week, only to get the message there are no support people available.

Does anyone know how to get anyone from #NESN to respond? I tried to subscribe to NESN 360, but only after I paid did it state I was not in the area of coverage. When you call their support line, you get a message that all agents are busy and to call back later. Tried all week.
