@British_Airways I have been enjoying the wonderful Concorde lounge at Heathrow for the past few years and yet today was almost refused entry. Pls educate your staff on the rules 😔 Not feeling welcomed today!

@British_Airways After we found the rule online my husband showed him and he said he had misread it but it made me feel extremely unwelcome!
