@thetrainline this is outrageous- you’re adding money to a ticket price to make it look like your railcard gives a discount. There is no 1/3 discount - complete false advertising and dishonest pricing

How can people at high risk of poor outcomes after major surgery get involved in decisions about their care? This NHS Alert distils key findings from our qualitative study, part of the @OsirisProgramme, on shared decision making👇 @rupert_pearse @GemHughes @NFBrenman

thanks for this Vik. This week a colleague told us she is leaving as she is 1 day short of the 4 yr period of service to grant her a job contract. The 'crisis' management is doubling the crisis as the lack of value + insecurity leads to monthly leavers from our academic ranks

Another example of the importance of researching the gaps between policy & implementation. Policy may dictate GP access to all or vaccine access for all but the reality is that practices associated with the #hostileenvironment create barriers to implementation resulting in harm.
The Bureau Local@bureaulocal

REVEALED: Most GP surgeries refuse to register undocumented migrants despite NHS policy. We found guidelines are being widely ignored, leaving hundreds of thousands facing a Covid vaccine labyrinth. thebureauinvestigates.com/stories/2021-0… #VaccineMaze
