@Ourlads_Sy @EDuerrwaechter I mean why can’t they? And it’s not dead In a Denard Wilson defense it’s going to be disguised mugged front regardless. Wouldn’t be shocked if… Carter, McFadden, Edmonds, Reese Thibs, Pick your DT, Burns Are on the field more times then not.

Giants are reshuffling their DL as they begin to transition into more of a traditional 3-4 front on defense. As it stands, only Abdul Carter and Arvell Reese are true fits as OLBs in such a 3-4. Both Brian Burns and Kayvon Thibodeaux make more sense as 4-3 DEs.

Seattle has done this a few times, have Hall crush the pocket from the left. Run a TT stunt, not to get pressure but to have the looper contain the QB. Usually the looper runs hard outside because they expect the QB to scramble out

Without actually pulling metrics of him with the Titans, he’s both played and coached the position since 2012 which is helpful as a baseline while also implying that he wants to be extremely aggressive in pass rush, which I feel always helps rookie corners anyways. Not an amazing answer but if he was known as a more passive DC that didn’t live/breath the position group, it would cause my eye brows to go up…. Cough, Cough, Shane Bowen, Cough

@nfldraftscoutin I’ve been saying it since I watched him… The last time I saw a Cornerback control at the line of scrimmage like he does, I was watching Witherspoon. With how good his tape is, you’d think he got shot.

I understand why people get turned off when they hear Injury concerns and a second surgery is always scary. BUT McCoy’s tape at 19 years old is incredible. If he had played this past year his tape could have been even better. There’s always risk but the talent is too good to pass

The Giants should absolutely be targeting CB Jermod McCoy at No. 37 today. Would fill a huge need with arguably the best CB in the draft, minus injury concerns. A+ draft if they can land him.

@FBallAnalysisYT Also, without sounding blunt. I think he might have the least smarts if a football player I have seen in a while. The amount of times he looks completely lost getting to the second level or pulling on a sweep is insanity.

Saban, Re: Proctor Started complimenting the Alabama LT, then rolled into this ... "The issue with him is--he's not a bad person. He'll do whatever you ask him to, once you get him in the building. But when he's not in the building, he might get a little overweight, he might not come in in the best shape, and those are the things you have to manage with him. But I think they're manageable. He's not exactly a self-starter who will get in great shape and come to camp like you want him. But if you can get him to come to camp, (once) you got him there, you can get him ready to go. So, I don't think that's a huge negative for the guy." I know Saban meant all this as a positive, but hearing this stuff keeps me speculative on how he'd mesh with the Lions' culture.

@DP_NFL I would be shocked, I think he is the one of the two most technically sound tackles in this draft and give Mauigoa a run for his money. If a team grabs him on day they should be ecstatic.
