Apparently Andrea Jenkyns claims that Reform will cut 10% of Lincolnshire County Council staff.
LCC employees 5,500 people directly. That includes people who work in schools, transport and care sectors.
10% would mean over 500 people losing their jobs.

Stuff like DOGE, the idea that you can save a huge amounts of public money by cutting inefficiency, is based on a myth. The amount of savings will always be small. At some point, you either raise taxes to fund services, or you cut services to lower taxes. That’s the reality.
