Bought a Mercedes CLA 2 years ago, so excited to own a premium car. Now, under 50k miles, the gearbox has failed right after the warranty expired.

The discontinue and price drop in the gearbox suggests the know they’re is an issue. Not long out of warranty. Really frustrating when you pay for a premium car! Would be happy with some sort of honour or contribution

It’s under 50k miles regardless, shouldn’t be happening
And the parts being discontinued and new parts at a cheaper price?

@MercedesBenzUK I have already made full report to the complaints team.
I am not paying for another diagnostics when I have already paid out for 3 to be charged an arm and leg. I have already been told to investigate it is £55 for every 15 minutes, this is unacceptable and unaffordable
