Niether fighter seemed like they had enough time to train for it, especially McGregor coming off a 5 year layoff. Max was doing a lot more other shit rather than training most of the time too. For a fight this big it just happened all to fast for me. Quick payday, set up trilogy.

Love McGregor and Max, both elite level fighters in the sport but something felt off from the minute that fight was announced. It came out of nowhere and where we usually have 6-8months waiting around at least this one felt like it was announced and the date was set way to soon.

@LukeElderTV Same thing Saturday, far side called over near. Far too close to judge by the photo provided. James Owen the trainer of the nearside horse was going to appeal and then apparently seen the photo the stewards had and changed his mind due to it being much clearer. Show it then😂

As much as I love Horse Racing it is the only sport in the world that relies on gambling. Without it the sport dies overnight. That’s also a big reason why the blatant corruption going on day in and day out happens too, where there’s a system to be played people will do so.

James Owen has now decided not to appeal, apparently the photo in the stewards room was much clearer. If that’s the case then fair enough although why weren’t the public given the same image to stop any controversy and why have they still not shown this said photo.

Yes, agreed. When I was a doorman at a nightclub many years ago I used to think OMG 30k FOR A TABLE!!
