@nhsesr I get this 3rd party server error message on attempting to reset my password. It has happened several days in a row now. What do you advise? I'm unable to access myESR now, presumably because my prior password timed out.

@JWH_2NW Hi, You can change your password at home as long as you have been given access to ESR over the internet. You can request internet access yourself. There is a guide about how to do this on our website here: my.esr.nhs.uk/dashboard/lrst…. (1/2)

@ntahall We know that this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding. We try to minimise the amount of time that the system is unavailable but we need to ensure that essential updates are completed so that ESR remains compliant both technically and legislatively for everyone.
