@nhsesr Thanks, I've gotten in touch with them and they've done the password reset manually

@nhsesr I get this 3rd party server error message on attempting to reset my password. It has happened several days in a row now. What do you advise? I'm unable to access myESR now, presumably because my prior password timed out.

@JWH_2NW Hi, You can change your password at home as long as you have been given access to ESR over the internet. You can request internet access yourself. There is a guide about how to do this on our website here: my.esr.nhs.uk/dashboard/lrst…. (1/2)

@nhsesr for those of us who didn't catch the downtime notice that you can only get by being logged in, any chance of a note on your down for maintenance screen to give a clue when it's back????

I wonder who at @NHS_SBS decided it was a good idea to take @nhsesr offline for planned maintenance in the last 6 hours of the deadline for thousands of colleagues to submitting their tax returns.

@ntahall We know that this can be frustrating and appreciate your understanding. We try to minimise the amount of time that the system is unavailable but we need to ensure that essential updates are completed so that ESR remains compliant both technically and legislatively for everyone.

@nhsesr Hi my husband is trying to access his ESR but can't remember his password. When we enter his DOB and email it says he can't be found! Who can he phone to resolve this please?

@nhsesr down all morning, which makes me glad my team (learning) stopped using it about a decade ago for what we do, but sadly still need access because our HR team do use it for what they do.
