@Venmo But if you send money to someone you don’t know, that’s breaking the user agreement. Why are you promoting this? Your CS rep was zero help when I was unknowingly scammed.

Are you going to spend countless hours working on your DIY halloween costume or tape your venmo QR code to a banana costume in like five seconds?

I’ll pass along these to her to see if she can get her FB account back. I just cannot believe @Venmo response shaming me for sending money & breaking the user agreement. I clearly wouldn’t have sent money had I know I wasn’t sending it to my friend. No one wants to be scammed.

Learned a valuable lesson about @Venmo today. If you don’t realize a friend has been hacked on FB and you Venmo them, you’ve broken then user agreement and Venmo won’t assist you. Needless to say, I’m done with Venmo. Customer service shouldn’t be this hard.
