ladies, if ur bra is riding up like this, get smaller band size with bigger cup size instead.
eg: if u wear 34A then get 32B
use the most outer hook when u first get the bra. as ur bra gets a lil loose after multiple use u can move to the inner hooks so u’ll stay well supported
