@MSFT365Status I’ve recovered my account on my iPhone as well. Once it says “you entered password too many times” click the option to receive the login code (I chose a backup email). And that code let me back in. It seems typing the password and proving you’re not a robot doesn’t work

@MSFT365Status Tried again and on desktop was able to sign in to email after providing alternative authentication via my laptop passkey. App still doesn’t work but wanted to post this for those needing immediate access.

@MSFT365Status You’re wrong. The issue is not resolved. I can’t log in to outlook on web, outlook app, or on Apple mail. Still says I have entered incorrect password too many times and keeps trying to have me verify I’m not a robot.

@MSFT365Status Not working still… can you please provide easy to understand updates? “Positive signals in service health telemetry” doesn’t help. A realistic timeline we should expect to a real fix and when real users could gain access back to their accounts would be helpful.
