Playing a public course last week & now Masters week this week reminds me how great golf was when it was largely an elitist activity that didnt attract slobs or tolerate riff-raff. I almost wish cops waited at the 10th tee or 18th green to give these drunk Covid golfers DUIs.

@CaptainCons I would wear Masters merch and not think twice but otherwise I'm not repping if I haven't played it. Masters is unique bc that logo is only available during Masters week. The rest of the year is ANGC merch which you can only get if you are there outside tournament week.

Raises the question - where do you stand on wearing merch from a club you’ve never been to yourself? People are spending thousands because their mailman’s goddaughter’s boyfriend wants a polo

@ForeverMidCGY @CofRedCentral There is size on the way in Nestrasil, Spellacy, Boisvert. They have 3 2nd rd picks this year and also look like they're gonna have 3 2027 1st's if Florida's pick falls in the top 10. They're taking a wing if top 2 and will trade other assets to fill in the pieces.

I think Stenberg would be great and McKenna would be so fun, but outside of Frondell your whole future top 6 is 5’11 (Oliver Moore) or smaller.. another small winger doesn’t feel like it makes sense.. a big forward or D makes more sense

I would think the Blackhawks are approaching the point of trading picks and prospects for legit NHL talent to fill gaps. They already have Arty, Rinzel & Korchinski as young defense projects with huge upside.

@CofRedCentral I think the Flames draft board probably looks something like 1. Gavin McKenna 2. Ivar Stenberg 3. Keaton Verheoff 4. Carson Carels 5. Caleb Malholtra I could also see the Blackhawks and Rangers being open to trading down for a D-Man if top 2. It’ll be a really interesting draft
