@amybruni From my understanding, the problem is that they're recording your keystrokes whether you're on the app or not. The logger downloads when you put the app on your phone. They collect that data, without your permission. So they have access to all sorts of personal info.

Literally not one person can give me cold hard information or proof behind why they think this is a good idea. It just seems super unamerican and frankly, has a very bipartisan audience completely disagreeing with it. I have a very small TikTok footprint but a lot of people very dear to me are SUPER affected by this.

So we’re banning TikTok, but you can just keep handing over your financials to Temu & Alibaba…makes perfect sense. 🤔
