@saintgoldieee Its better not to have the doctor and die than to have a heartless medic who routinely leaves his/her patients to bleed to death‼️‼️‼️ I bet if the hit & run patient was their family member they wouldn’t have turned him away to die💯📌

@princess_blueII @NazirCule @askghmedia Professional with such a weak thinking. If paternal dna is false what prevents mother from insisting on maternal dna to prove that the baby has been swapped? In summary paternal DNA is the first action to determine baby swap. “I support paternity DNA tests 100%. I don’t know why women don’t support it. The rate at which paternity fraud is occurring is alarming.” — Deputy National Women’s Organizer of the NDC, Dzifa Tega, has voiced strong support for mandatory paternity DNA testing in an interview, saying she is baffled by women who oppose it and believes the measure is essential for fairness toward men

@Beautiful_Ennie @augsby Yes you are, but there is no ideal system any where. Health workers need to be empathetic. If I feel demotivated in any organisation, I do the honourable thing of resigning than reducing output. You dnt expect a perfect health system in Ghana now, we will get there

When a doctor says they're struggling, the response is usually: "Think of your patients." Not: "How can we support you?" We built a profession on martyrdom and called it excellence.

One question is, why is it so difficult to refuse to work in working conditions that make it almost suicidal professionally to practice ? Professional bodies need to protest more.
Iron Boy@NYboateng

Medical negligence exist, however we can't attribute every medical error as negligence on the part of health workers. There are systemic deficiencies in our health sector, deficiencies not created by the workers, but limits them in the discharge of duties. 1

So every few days we have to hear someone in leadership talk without thinking carefully about the implications of their words? Your doctor to patient ratio is already abysmal ,yet you’re provoking them with such words ?

The case being discussed is very sad. Condolences to the family 💐💐 Ghana failed him. Please don't use this situation to insult the same workforce that risked their lives 5-6 years ago, that Ghana may live. Such a shame and a lesson to us all. May Ghana not happen to us. 🙏

Charles Amissah was stabilized at the scene of the accident, taken to three hospitals in an ambulance over nearly 3 hours, and died not from the accident but from being refused care. Ghana has seen this before- patients dying in corridors, in ambulances outside hospitals. I’m sad! Very sad. The committee is recommeding the same things previous committees have recommended . What makes this time different?

If you want to transition to a different career or leave the country and you’re struggling with motivation, take a screenshot of this, frame it, and put it on your wall. Let the disregard for you and your services be a catalyst.

Doctors’ attitudes toward work in this country are often so poor, it sometimes feels like they’re being forced to work or like they’re doing you a favor by treating you. People go to hospitals vulnerable and scared, so basic compassion and professionalism should never feel optional.
