@SF_England @SF_England Infact the first thing I am told when I call is that if I am looking for progress of my application, I “should hang up and check the online portal, as updates cannot be given on over the phone”? What do you suggest I do when I call?

@SF_England Hi this is quite ridiculous now as I have rang a number of times throughout the months and have been told each time that I cannot be provided an update of my status over the phone? And only online. I have also attempted to start live chats but no agent has been available?

@SF_England I know, but it has still not been processed. I complete all of my current actions and evidence when completed and submitted early June and I have not been requested any additional since. Can you please look into this.
