He says the way to manage cancer without toxicity is to simultaneously restrict the two fuels cancer needs to grow: Glucose and Glutamine.
The good news is there's a fuel that we can use very efficiently and cancer cannot: ketones.
How do you make ketones? Consume little or no carbs and fast. Glutamine can be managed with drugs.
To be fair, mainstream oncology disputes Seyfried's metabolic approach, instead relying on expensive chemotherapy that can run $100,000+ per year instead of glutamine restriction, a low carb diet and fasting.
