@andrewjcarr29 @bschneider126 SO good! I was thrilled to not find a fairway bunker all day… they’re a true hazard. Several holes that had one 30-50 yards short of the green, but look so deceiving from the fairway and looked like they were green side.

@NOTdaRealGil @bschneider126 The grassing lines on those bunker edges are perfect in the transition from green to bunker. 🥂

Some shots from Yale! What an absolutely outrageous piece of property! Blind shots, templates, massive undulating greens. What a blast!

Hmmm depends lol it’s steep but I feel it’s priced at that model for a reason. They probably don’t want a lot of outside play but know people that really want to see it will still pay it. It’s in solid shape right now, rough around the edges but that’s expected after coming off a 3 year restoration. I’d recommend giving it until 2027 to allow it to grow in more. I’d happily pay it once a year to play it.
